Adaptation to life in water

The exhibition presents an overview of adaptations to the aquatic environment among higher vertebrates.

The exhibition "Adaptation to Life in Water" presents animals that are secondarily adapted to the aquatic environment. Among the species inhabiting colder regions, you can see fully aquatic whales and seals, which, although not completely aquatic, are closely connected to water because they hunt there. Among the animals of the hot zones, crocodiles and birds are presented, whose life and food acquisition depend on the presence of water. This is a unique opportunity to take a closer look at the extraordinary adaptations and diversity of life forms associated with the aquatic environment.
